As of today the range is three week old and still doesn't work.
When I received the range we were so excited. We upgraded from a lo end gas range to what we thought was a much better range. Well, Wrong. When we hooked up the range the stove worked great. The oven still does not work. The digital keypad is locked up. I spoke with LG 4 times only to get 4 different promises. None of which were carried out. I have spent 32 years in the sales and service business, this is not hoe you are suppose to treat customers. By the way we donated our old (working) range to the needy. We now have a expensive non working range. I am not one to complain, but this is wrong.

Who says I can't boil water?
(Note: As the control panel on the appliance's product page doesn't currently match what I see in front of me, I've added my own photos.)

As part of a recent kitchen remodel, we installed an LG oven, the LDG3016ST. After using it now for about a month, the wife is ecstatic - but she doesn't write reviews as she considers it a waste of precious time better spent at the gym. So, it's left up to me; somebody has to do it.

This is a gorgeous gas double-oven. The exterior has a stainless steel look with five burners embedded in a shiny, ebony cooktop. The interior of each oven is a dark sky blue as might be seen from a plane at 33,000 feet.

On the left side are the Large and Medium burners, the former in front; on the right are the Extra Large and Small burners, the former in the front. In the center is an Oval burner, which can be covered with a Griddle. There are left, center, and right burner grates, each heavy enough to break toes if accidentally...

Buying this is a big mistake
I bought this oven 2 months ago, it looked nice in the store. When something drips on to the silver burners where the flame comes out, it stains a dark brown. I want to be able to clean the stove to keep it looking pristeen and new. I followed the cleaning directions but you can't get the drip stains off the metal. It looks terrible and as time goes on it will only get worse.
I called LG for help even uploaded a pic. They responded by telling me to clean it with warm soapy water-not a chance. They told me it was deemed a cosmetic issue and not a defect and they would do nothing to help remove the stains or give me other burners can be cleaned. If you want a filthy looking stove that is over priced buy it.
Also-the tiny oven on top is uselless-too small for anything.Using the larger oven on the bottom is uncomfortable so low down to the floor, hard to reach down into it. I hope this saves you from getting burned like I did.
